1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (referred to hereinafter as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and rbjaee (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the rbjaee online casino and sports betting services accessible at rbjaee.net (the "Site").

Use of rbjaee is at the player's own risk and discretion.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the rbjaee Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of a bonus offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and rbjaee with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and communications — whether oral or written — between you and rbjaee.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Where duplicate accounts are identified, rbjaee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any bonus funds, and review any pending withdrawals in line with its anti-fraud procedures. 2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on rbjaee — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No foreign currency conversion is required, and rbjaee does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits made to an rbjaee account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to the player's wallet within sixty (60) seconds of a successful mobile money transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and three (3) business days to reflect in the player's wallet, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed within the rbjaee cashier section at the time of initiating a deposit. These thresholds may vary by payment method and by the player's account status. rbjaee reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where a player has deposited via multiple methods, rbjaee may require the player to confirm the preferred withdrawal destination. Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, successful KYC verification, and rbjaee's standard security review.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

3.4 Transaction Records

4. Betting Rules & Game Policies

4.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on rbjaee — including cricket matches (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ODI, Test, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other listed sporting events — are subject to the specific market rules displayed within the rbjaee sportsbook at the time of placing the bet. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference is issued, the odds applicable at the time of confirmation are locked for that wager.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and are final once confirmed by the rbjaee system. Network latency or connection issues on the player's side do not entitle the player to cancellation of a confirmed in-play bet.

4.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on rbjaee are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by our licensed game partners, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. The RNG systems used by these providers are independently audited for fairness. rbjaee does not influence game outcomes.

4.3 Void Bets & Error Resolution

rbjaee reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the following circumstances: (a) where a technical error caused incorrect odds, payouts, or game parameters to be displayed; (b) where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms; (c) where a sporting event result is declared void by the governing body; or (d) where there is clear evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or irregular betting patterns. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's wallet. No additional compensation is payable.

4.4 Prohibited Betting Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rbjaee and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Arbitrage betting designed to exploit pricing errors or guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets programmatically.
• Collusion between two or more accounts to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Bonus abuse — including structuring deposits or bets specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Any form of money laundering or using rbjaee to move, conceal, or convert funds of illicit origin.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rbjaee offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket season specials, Eid promotional offers, Pohela Boishakh celebrations, and ongoing loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific conditions communicated at the time of the individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by rbjaee must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms. Players should review these carefully before opting in to any bonus offer.

As a general principle: wagers placed on sports betting markets contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; wagers on slot games contribute 100% unless otherwise specified; wagers on live casino table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%) as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the conditions specified for each promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. rbjaee reserves the right to decline a bonus request or revoke a credited bonus if there is reasonable evidence that eligibility conditions have not been met.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry period, the duration of which is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited automatically at the end of the bonus period. rbjaee does not extend bonus expiry periods under normal circumstances.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

rbjaee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply.

6.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against rbjaee without prior contact with support.
• Prohibited betting activities as described in Section 4.4 of these Terms.
• Operation of multiple accounts in breach of the one-account policy.
• Court orders, regulatory directions, or requests from law enforcement authorities.

6.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their rbjaee account at any time by contacting the support team at support@rbjaee.net. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance in the account (net of any unvested bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification where applicable.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if the player has not logged in or placed any wager for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. rbjaee may apply a monthly account maintenance fee to inactive accounts after the initial twelve-month period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Fees will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate an inactive account by contacting support@rbjaee.net.

7. Age Restriction & Responsible Gaming

rbjaee operates as a strictly adult-only platform. The minimum age for registration, depositing, and participating in any game or betting activity on rbjaee is 18 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced at every stage of the player lifecycle.

7.1 Age Verification

rbjaee employs age verification checks at the point of registration and may require additional documentary proof of age at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. Any account determined to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbjaee — including its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and technology providers — shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the rbjaee platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from betting decisions, technical interruptions to service, unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials, or reliance on information displayed on the Site.

8.1 Service Availability

rbjaee endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or widespread network failures) may cause temporary service interruptions. rbjaee will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance. No compensation is payable for service interruptions that are beyond rbjaee's reasonable control.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games provided on the rbjaee platform by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — are subject to the respective provider's own technical infrastructure and RNG certifications. rbjaee is not responsible for errors, outages, or disputes arising within third-party game software. In such cases, rbjaee will liaise with the relevant provider on the player's behalf but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timeframes.

8.3 Intellectual Property

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any rbjaee content is strictly prohibited.
